By accessing and using CreatorMandi (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Purchasing & Licenses
When you purchase an item on our Platform, you are granted a license to use that item according to the specific license terms (Standard or Extended) displayed at checkout. You do not acquire ownership of the intellectual property rights to the item.
4. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases where the item is materially defective or as required by applicable consumer law.
