How do I download my purchased items?
Once your payment is complete, navigate to your Dashboard and click on the "Downloads" tab. You will find all your purchased files available for immediate download.
Can I use a theme on multiple websites?
This depends on the license you purchased. A Standard License generally covers a single end product. An Extended License is required for multiple projects or products where end users are charged. Please read our Licenses page for full details.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Generally, digital downloads are non-refundable unless the item is materially defective or does not match its description. Please contact support if you face any issues.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes, invoices are automatically generated for every successful purchase. You can download them from your Dashboard under the "Purchases" tab.
